1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (fashion items and accessories), AS G STORE does not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

2. Product Conditions

• All items are inspected carefully before shipping.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, colour, and variation before checkout.

3. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions only if:

• The wrong item was shipped, OR

• The item received is severely damaged due to our error

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and provide:

• Order number

• Photo or video evidence of the issue

• Unboxing video (recommended)

Cases reported after the 24-hour window may not be eligible.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide returns/refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size chosen by customer

• Minor colour differences due to lighting or screens

• Damage caused by courier handling
